Still suffering from pain/PTH's after work whiplash injury in 2008. WC claim closed about a year ago. What are my options now??

You will need to provide "objective medical evidence" that your condition is worse now than when it closed in 2010. Go see your doctor and ask if he/she will support your application to reopen your claim. If the Department denies your reopening application despite your medical support, contact a workers' comp attorney right away.
