Description: Used novel pretrial procedure to force settlement of the case and collect unpaid franchise fees as well as to force the defendant franchisee to stop using plaintiff's restaurant concept, trade dress and trademarks. I filed this case in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle due to the diversity of states in which the defendants were located.
