Biography
Sheena Aebig is a member in the Seattle office and from 1996 - 2000 served as the Chair of the firm's Business, Tax and Financial Services Practice Group. Since 1979, her practice has focused on insolvency issues and commercial litigation. A frequent speaker on bankruptcy and lender liability matters, Ms. Aebig represents clients in every role of insolvency related proceedings as well as in selected business matters, real estate transactions and commercial litigation. She was named as one of Seattle's "Top Lawyers in Bankruptcy Law" for 2003, 2005 and 2007 by Seattle Magazine, was listed as one of "Washington's Most Amazing Attorneys" in 2006 by Washington CEO magazine, and has frequently been named to Super Lawyers in Washington Law & Politics magazine. Ms. Aebig has also been recognized by the Seattle Met magazine as a "Top Lawyer" in Bankruptcy for 2010, a designation based upon Martindale-Hubbell's ranking of those practitioners in King County who have been judged by their peers to be "AV Preeminent"-the highest peer-review rating available.
