Description: We filed suit to enjoin construction of a view-obstructing, two-story addition to a residence for violation of restrictive covenants. Following a week-long bench trial, the Court granted an injunction requiring removal of the offending structure. The Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court, and the structure was removed.
