Rob recently represented me in a commercial lease dispute that quickly became hostile. He carefully dissected my lease and put me at ease stating that the claims against me were not viable. My landlord, being very tenacious and steadfast in his decision was not about to concede without a fight. Rob worked diligently on my behalf. He consulted with me regarding the events of my situation, researched the law of other cases as they related to mine, interviewed witnesses and spent considerable time and energy educating opposing counsel. His conduct was always professional and ethical. He presented the facts of the law and options to me regarding my case but let me make my own decisions. He kept me informed as to what was happening with opposing counsel, returned my phone calls and e-mails promptly and handled my case as if I was his only client. Although I was anxious about the outcome Rob had a kindness in his voice that was genuine and reassuring. He is a brilliant and powerful attorney and I truly believe it was his knowledge of the law and the way in which he articulated it to opposing counsel that prevented our case from going to litigation. In the end my landlord agreed to our settlement offer. I would highly recommend Rob J. Crichton. He is passionate about his profession and I feel very fortunate to have been referred to him.

Rob has represented me in a very difficult, nonmedical lawsuit that has been ongoing for three years. He is honest, ethical, obsessive/compulsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He has acted as counselor, encourager, and lawyer for my wife and me during an extremely difficult time. Our case went all the way to jury trial where Rob out-performed the oposing attorney in every way imaginable. My case ended with a positive verdict for me. I believe that Rob would have kept my case from going to trial if the opposing attorney had been ethical or reasonable. Rob is an honorable person and lawyer. He represents the legal system in a positive way and is truly an outstanding "officer of the court". During my trial, I was proud to be seated at the legal table with Rob J. Crichton representing me.
