Outcome: Unanimous Jury Award For My Clients

Description: I represented a husband and wife who were injured when they were rear-ended on the freeway. The insurance company refused to negotiate reasonably - making the nonsensical argument that it was not the rear-ending driver's fault despite all common sense. After 3 days of trial, the jury unanimously found that the other driver was 100% at fault and awarded my client's all of their medical bills and significant pain and suffering damages. In addition, the insurance company was forced to pay most of my client's attorney fees.
