Description: 2005: Fourteen-day civil jury trial in Kitsap County Superior Court. My client was the developer and general contractor of several high-end custom homes near Kitsap Lake. The plaintiffs sued for alleged construction defects and violation of the Consumer Protection Act. My client counter-sued for unpaid fees and prevailed at trial.
