Customer review: Dave served as general counsel for our early state startup, as well as negotiating our eventual merger. What struck me most was the incredible level of insight he provided for business issues, not strictly legal issues. He was very engaged in our business, provided excellent advice, and was available and responsive. His extended team is also top-notch.

Customer review: I've worked with Dave McShea on vaious corportate finance related matters over several years and find Dave incredibly sharp from a legal perspective butr also from a business perspective. I highly recomomend him, especially to entreprenuers starting up companies.
