Civil medical malpractice lawsuits will not show up on the Washington Department of Health provider search, only medical quality assurance investigations (and remember, not all of those will show up, either). In Washington, an additional way to investigate your doctor is to search the court website for record. To perform this search, go to http://www.courts.wa.gov/index.cfm and click on "Search Case Records" on the left. Under "Search for a Person" click "Name Search." Accept the terms...
