  • I own a beach house with my 3 sisters. Is there any why to not have them liable for a business I want to have in our home?

I am a certified teacher and want to tutor kids from my home on the beach. I would like to do this without having my family liable for any accidents that could happen. Is there any way to do this?

You could purchase sufficient insurance to protect you, your business and your family against the risk you describe. I recommend that you make sure your family is named as additional insureds and that the limits are sufficient to cover both the cost of any defense for all insureds as well as any accidents that could happen.
