Mr. Bierlein is an excellent attorney. He has the ability to empathize with people that have been injured emotionally, physically and mentally. He takes cases that other attorneys are afraid to take; he not only takes these cases but the outcomes are successful.
I am officially nominating him as the attorney of the decade. No one walking this Earth is perfect. Don't allow my praise to misguide you. But if perfection could be reached he is there.
Mr. Bierlien is confident and self assured, he is credible and because of his natural curiosity he is always learning from every interaction be it professional, legal or personal.
Mr. Bierlein has helped me with a case that devastated me not only as a human being but as a Mother. This man new that there was a wrong being done and he did not hesitate to right the wrong. It was an uphill battle but Mr. Bierlein is fearless and I assure you this is the type of litigator you want in your corner.
Thank you so much for being a man that is not afraid to do what's right. You and your family are constantly in my prayers.
I met Thomas Bierlein in late 2003 after having consulted with many personal injury attorneys regarding my injuries. Every other attorney I met with dismissed my story after only a few minutes of dialogue. However, Tom took the necessary time to listen to me and evaluate my claims.
Throughout the course of handling my claim, Tom's office kept me well informed of the status of my case. When it came time to mediate, Tom and his staff treated my injuries as if they were their own. Ultimately, against the predictions of the many attorneys I spoke with prior to Tom, we recovered a seven digit settlement.
Tom is a special attorney who is willing to go the extra distance for every single client. If you need legal advice, you should definitely think about giving Tom a call.
