I am not sure if I have a work related injury over the years of being a construction laborer.Very phyical job I been getting

I should also add that once your claim is accepted, you are entitled to benefits that can under appropriate circumstances include vocational retraining, time loss compensation, medical treatment, and or disability benefits. Best wishes.

Based on the limited information you have provided, it is unclear to me whether you have filed a workers' compensation claim at this point. It also sounds like you may have an occupational disease. However, you would need to see a doctor and obtain an opinion that you either have a condition that arose over time out of the distinctive condtions of your employement, or a condition that was pre-existing but dormant, and made active or "lit up" by the distinctive conditions of your employment....
