Outcome: State Supreme Court Unanimous Decision

Description: This case, along with the companion cases were litigated from the trial court through the State Supreme Court. I was able to establish that the Washington State Patrol and its Breath Test Section completely failed to calibrate, certify or validate thier scientific instruments. This resulted in the State Supreme Court throwing our every breath test in the entire state as unreliable and invalid. Recently, Attorney Ted Vosk has taken this work to an even more dramatic result, establishing that the entire Washington State Toxicology Labrotory and its work lacked scientific reliability.
