Client Review: Mr. Farber represented me for 2 automobile accidents that I was in, both of which were the other party's fault. When I was in the first automobile accident, my car was totalled and I had a broken bones in my left hand that would need surgery. I was on the phone for several days with the other insurance company trying to get a rental car until they would pay us for the loss of our car (which I desperately needed to get to my medical appointments and several trips to the ER) and they just sent me from one answering machine to another where I left message after message that was never returned. My husband and I ended up renting a car on our own and calling Mr. Farber whom we were referred to by a friend from our church. The first few minutes in our meeting with Mr. Farber he called the same numbers we had and left several messages and within 5 minutes his calls were returned and a rental car was waiting for us. Throughout the entire case Mr. Farber was very professional and prompt with everything we needed done. Sam, (paralegal for Mr. Farber) was always helpful with all my phone calls to her for every question I had. I was so relieved to have someone handle all the paperwork and stress for me at a time when I was physically down and needed time to rest and recover and take care of my children.
