Biography
For more than 32 years Dennis S. Reese has defended businesses in connection with employment law and workers' compensation claims, including issues regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act, wrongful discharge, and other workplace torts.
Mr. Reese is admitted to practice in all Oregon courts, as well as U.S. District Court and U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a past chairperson of the American Bar Association's Committee on Workers' Compensation and Employer Liability, a former national institute director, and has served as the Oregon State Bar's Workers' Compensation Section CLE chairperson. Mr. Reese became of counsel to Garrett Hemann Robertson P.C. in 2007.
