On my advice my client refused to pay indefinite support and the matter was set for trial. At the conclusion of the trial the Court denied the wife's request for indefinite support and only awarded the amount that my client testified that he believed would be fair.

At our contested arbitration hearing I was able to show that the prenup was invalid, and my client was awarded an amount more than double the other side's best settlement offer.
