Jeffrey M Kilmer

Mr. Kilmer said his fees would be no mre than a specific amount and then charged three times that amount. He said that the case would win at least a certain amount then denied he said that when it was half the amount. When I questioned him about costs, ways of proceeding and final results, he yell...ed and verbally attacked me. I have never had such an upsetting, unprofessional experience.
