Review Carolyn Vogt

About Me

I have more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, entity formation and structure, and commercial contracts.  I have worked with a range of clients, including manufacturers, retailers and energy project developers.  My areas of industry expertise include New Markets Tax Credits, renewable energy and clean technology.  While serving as General Counsel for NACCO Materials Handling Group, I gained an appreciation of the delivery of legal services from a client’s point of view.

My approach to the delivery of legal services is to listen carefully to my client's needs and goals throughout a project, to enable me to provide practical, cost-effective advice and solutions.
