I concentrate my practice in the firm’s core area of debtor/creditor law, focusing in particular on representing banks, other creditors, committees, and debtors in commercial Chapter 11 reorganizations. I also concentrate my practice in commercial litigation including judicial foreclosure actions, receiverships, actions involving commercial leases, and complex collection matters. I have particular expertise in defending commercial creditors in preference and fraudulent conveyance actions in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court.

I am admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington; U.S. District Court, District of Oregon; U.S. District Court, Northern District of California; U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington; and, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
