you might go to the county in person or on line to show that you have completed any school, paid fines, finished probation etc dnv read out will show the validity of your driving privilege go to any dmv pay 15 to get . However the cop should advise you the hand held (PAS) breath test is voluntary and that after you take it or decline it you must submit to another bood or breath test ( your choice) of which test. Sign up for a dui class level one and take it to DMV anywhere with proof of insurance only a sr-22 form from your insurance will work not face sheet not card they give u. then give DMV ( it is all about money) and you get restsricted license. You need a lawyere at once and A DUI SPECIALIST in the county in which you have the case pending. You should also see an immigration SPECIALIST as few lawyers including mysself deal in this are...I think BoB Marshall is a genius but I would not assume there are no immigration consequences in your particular situation. Assuming you can get the DMV transcript, which would be unusual, it would not be admissable in appealing a jury trial unless it was used to impeach witnesses or as a hearsay exception for a missing witness in the criminal jury case.....call an attorney in the county where you were convicted . I once had a case exactly like this in Oroville ca. You had 10 calendar days to callDMV in Sacramento not locally as per information on the temporary license they gave you when they took yours. It is pink and called "order of suspension and tempoary license" if you did not you lose your license 4months if you have no "priors" (separate dui offenses), better put other duis before or even after this one.
