I think you need to post this on the criminal law side. Family law wise, other than a juevenille case this really shouldn't have any effect.

You need to get back into court. Child Support and Child Custody are seperate things.

A final order for support in regards to child support is not possible, at least I have never seen it. Spousal support is another matter. If you can get the divorce done you will get a sort of "final" order in regards to spousal support, assuming of course it is a long term marriage. I would probably get your divorce done as soon as possible.

You need to file a Hague convention petition immediately. You can file this through the US State Department.

file in california right now while you can, get the child support order here in California and have it enforced if he is working in nevada. Generally it doesn't matter where he lives, as long as the case is in California.

Sounds like its community property, so wheather she took it or not the income derived from it is yours. Since you are now getting seperated she may claim its her work and that any income derived from the video should know be her seperate property. Depending on how much money is will depend on how big of a issue this is, doesn't sound like its going to be a huge issue.
Given what you are saying it wouldnt' be a bad idea, assuming of course there is no equity in the property. Even though you might sign off the Condo, if you are on the loan you still are going to be responsible for the debt.
If the intent is to contact you then yes.
The question being did you have it expunged yourself or not?
Retain counsel to do the subponea.
