Did a poor job of representing me. Never explained anything to me, kept records from me and gave me no advice about plea arrangements that the DA was offering me and or what the judge offered me during a preliminary hearing. Nor the consequences of accepting that plea. Gave me no information on appea...ls or deadlines for any appeals that I was able to file. Gave me no details about what evidence was being used against me. I WOULD NOT recommend this attorney for representation to anyone for anything major or minor! In the future Maria, Should the DA have nothing more than a garbled confession, advise your client to take it to trial and believe your client as innocent or don't accept their case as a Public Defender or a Private Practice Attorney, if you can't believe they are innocent. If I could file a complaint with the California Board I would.
