Your question does not make any sense. I'm not sure why you would be going to the police because a gym overcharged you. I suggest you find a new gym. You should consult an attorney promptly. It is very unfortunate that your daughter was not watched more closely. However, in order to sue someone you generally need damages. I cannot tell what your monetary damages would be. It appears that it probably freaked you out and caused stress, but it is hard to say that any Judge or Jury would award you money for a single isolated incident. To prove negligence you must prove a lack of reasonable care. One would have to review what the school knew to figure out if there is a claim....

That depends on the terms of the short sale and whether it covered the second or how that was agreed to. It also depends on the terms of the second mortgage and whether that second is supported by a personal guarantee. You need to consult an attorney to review this. This appears to be a copy of another question, please see my answer to that question. You either need to research why your case was dismissed or challenged that. The answer depends on what the court did. You need to visit the court and pull the court record. If the complaint is dismissed without prejudice, then you can file it again. If it is with prejudice, then you may have to challenge that dismissal. Time limits apply to all actions, so please consult an attorney promptly. You need to consult an immigration attorney. I don't think the answer is a simple yes/no, but I expect it may be difficult for that person given the criminal record.
