    Looks like he is in violation with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). He has to provide reasonable accommodation to your situation. Please try to contact an experienced attorney well familiar with ADA.

  • Does a tenant have to enter into an agreement with a landlord?

    If for any reason a property owner wants to have a tenant enter into a signed agreement with him/her regarding the terms of their tenancy (how much rent to pay, payment due date etc) does the tenant have the right to refuse to sign it?

    Landlord has the right to do so . Tenant can easily be evicted absence of agreement. But, it's a good idea to have one since you can collect back rent/damages just in case.

    You have a enforceable contract with buyer. You can make a written demands on buyer and you can also sue him for breach of contract. It is better to see a contracts/civil litigation attorney.
