Ok, take a breath, pick up the phone and call a local attorney to assist you. You are not going to jail now. An attorney can assist you with the new case and the probation violation and will be able to present your case and defenses to the court and/or jury.
Did you go to trial or did you plead guilty. If you went to trial and were convicted you have 30 day so to file a notice of appeal and application for counsel if you cannot afford one. However, I tend to agree with Mr. Kaman and think that you are out of luck.
You don't need to know how fast you were going. It is the officer's burden to show that your speed, whatever it was, was unsafe for the conditions that were present. You don't have to prove anything.
You should consult with a local attorney for assistance with the TBD.
Do you currently have an attorney or a public defender?
I would suggest that you sit down and discuss your options with your current attorney or call around to local DUI attorneys for a free consultation.
If you don't want to accept the offer then take your case to trial. You are innocent until proven guilty.
