Avoid Sherman at all costs!
I never even signed a retainer with this lawyer but sent him $10,000 under advice of other counsel. I met him for two hours. Shortly thereafter I received a vague bill for thinking while driving and other items. I asked for most of the balance returned to me. He has refused. Unless you think $5,000 p...
