E. Elizabeth Summers

I used Ms Summers to appeal my family law case and my review is quite succinct based on my horrible experiences with her. The story is quite short: 1) I told her I only had $50000 for my case, 2) she ran up my bills past $50000 on the first phase of the appeal, and 3) she abandoned (dumped) me in the... middle of my case stranding me without legal representation. Her greed for money was evidenced when she suggested I appeal to the judge to have the other side pick up my bills! I hope she got the color of Bentley she was presumably in need of purchasing. This type of behavior is beyond what gives lawyers a bad name. It is not only unethical in my opinion, but sub human. I move that she be barred from practicing law. The only problem I have with this rating system is you can mete out negative numbers.
