Brian has represented three of my startups over the past ten years. He has done an excellent job on all three, charges reasonable rates, and is great to work with.
His only weak point is communication. He can be hard to reach when he's busy with other clients (he's a small shop), so if you require constant hand holding he's not a good match. When he's working on your projects, he's 100% focused on you.
I would highly recommend him to anyone doing a technology startup.
