Can i get H1b without a 4 years bachelor degree?

This is an interesting question that we get all the time from Indian nationals because the equivalent of a bachelor is 4 years degree in the US and in India it is usually 3 years. What can be done in this case is to use the experience. Usually 3 years experience is equivalent to 1 academic year. We filed for humanitarian reinstatement, but we received a letter stating that the petition has been revoked. is that the end?

We will need to know exactly what was in the letter. If it has been revoked, try to file for a motion to reopen. Get a good lawyer to help you. From my experience, I have not really seen a humanitarian on family basis (parents) except spouses approved. But I might be wrong. What do you mean your master hearing? Did you apply for affirmative or defensive asylum? You might want to check with your lawyer.
