You should definitely write to the credit reporting agency that has an inaccurate address and ask for corrections. Be sure to include your social, copy of your driver's license and a utility bill at your home address to prove who you are. If you have a document showing you were living somewhere other than what is being reported at the time, that would be even better. Mark F Anderson, Attorney, San Francisco, CA

Best advice is for you to contact an attorney in Indiana who specializes in lemon law. Of course, you can search AVVO.com and also www.naca.net for an attorney. Mark F Anderson, San Francisco, CA
