Client Review: Robert D. Cochran normally handles large incorporation cases for Silicon Valley businesses. I am just an individual buying into a very small environmental consulting firm, but he charged me a reasonable price and provided me with excellent guidance. I had very little money to spend, but he treated me well because believes in maintaining a good reputation with everyone, and you never know who might say a good word about you!
