Client Review: I was referred to Randy Troxel by another attorney, when I was attempting to trademark my company name (my own name). My first name just happened to be in use by a clothing manufacturing "giant", who opposed my application for my trademark. Even though the odds were stacked against us, Randy took this case on with the expectation of winning and that he did! The "giant" withdrew their opposition to my application and I was granted my trademark!!! Mr. Troxel kept me up to speed on what was happening each step of the way (in layman's terms). There were no hidden or unexpected costs.

Based on my positive experience with Mr. Troxel and my trust in his abilities (not just because he won my case, but also due to his integrity, professionalism, fairness, etc.), I have decided to use his services in the future to resolve other business-related (trademark and patent ) issues.
