I called Mr. Horowitz's office for clarification on a situation regarding my son's confinement time. He wasn't the attorney for their case but a former client had previously recommended him to me but a little late at that point. Not able to get in touch with my attorney I reached out to Mr. Horowit...z. He was very helpful in explaining to me the laws of time served. He gave me relief to know that I wasn't just being told anything from the judge.
