Biography
Following a successful business career I spent over 35 years practicing business, property and environmental defense law. As to the latter I was designated "WMD of environmental defense" by a prestigious group of San Francisco and Los Angeles environmental specialists. A few years ago I greatly diminished my practice, aiding only businesses with insurance problems. Over my entire legal career I have obtained tens of millions of dollars in benefits from insurance companies for clients. I do so by way of negotiation. If the end product I achieve is not satisfactory to the client the file is ready for presentation to a bad faith lawyer. I know bad-faith lawyers all over California.
