Carl W. Hart, Jr. was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia in 1973. He received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia in 1977. Mr. Hart worked in private industry until he graduated and received his law degree from the California Pacific School of Law in Bakersfield, California in 1993. He is a member of the Kern County Bar Association and the Kern County Family Law Bar Association, and is, in fact, a former President of the Kern County Family Law Bar Association. Mr. Hart was an active member of the Delano Rotary Club from 1995 through 2004, and was the president of that organization in 1999-2000. He has been awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship by The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. Mr. Hart was also an active member of the Delano Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Directors for several years. In 2010 Mr. Hart became certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Family Law Specialist. Mr. Hart has practiced Family Law and Probate Law for the past 17 years.
