Me and my husband went to see Mr. Mansfield at the beginning of December 2012. This was one of the most hardest thing we had to do. Andrew and his wife Blythe were so nice and they made us feel so comfortable. Mr. Mansfield was very professional and all him paperwork was very well prepared. I cannot express how satisfied I was with his services.

Attorney Mansfield explained all the steps to Chapter 7 to me. I am not technology advanced and he allowed me to take the online course at his office location. He is smart and trustworthy. He sent me a lot of updates throughout the process. The office location is convenient for me, too. I recommend attorney Mansfield to the greatest degree possible.

This man is a life saver !!!!! He is the real deal peaple. One day I opened my work email and I had an email that I was going to have a 25% garnishment on every check for the next 5-6 years.My wife isn't working so I was desprate and scared.I started to investigate attorneys that weekend wasn't sure of any was scared that they were going to give me the run around and take my money and get nowere.I went to his office he wasn't there I left a message with the front desk lady. Kept going around town to try to find an attorney and he called up within an hour or so. Andrew helped me with a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and
he is absolutely GREAT! I felt like he was not trying to just herd me
through the process like so many cattle- Plus his fees are extremely
affordable! I would definitely refer him to my friends and family!

Let me begin by saying, do a LOT of research before choosing a Bankruptcy Attorney.
Recently my wife and I were forced to realize that we had unsustainable expenses.
In a 4 month period we interviewed /had initial appointments with 8 separate bankruptcy attorneys, some said we could not qualify for a chapter 7, others make it sound way to easy to qualify and of course, including at the end of our meeting with them that we would be safest going for a chapter 13, which we did not want to do. Generally their fees were between 2-3 grand for a chapter 7 bankruptcy, not including court fees. Then, while searching for yet another attorney’s opinion of our situation, I came across attorney, Andrew Mansfield. We met with him in Ojai soon after. His fees are extremely affordable (almost 50% less than all our other quotes) some people say “you get what you pay for”, but in our case we got much more.
In our first meeting he spent over an hour with us. He took the time to explain everything in layman's terms and in great detail.
Our situation seemed so complicated and messy but Andrew told us just what to do and how to do it.
Because we had been interviewing all of those other attorneys, we knew that this was the attorney that we were going to go with and that has turned out to be an excellent decision….
Since then, he has returned every e-mail and phone call on nights weekends and holidays. He has walked with us every step of the way. Our bankruptcy will be discharged in a few days and because Andrew is also experienced with real estate, he will be guiding us through our upcoming foreclosure. Let me close by saying Andrew Mansfield is a highly skilled attorney, he is very attentive when listening to your concerns, treats you as an equal and is not there to rob your pocketbook.

Andrew is not opportunistic or arrogant like so many lawyers you meet. His solutions are effective and his problem solving skills superb. When I talk to Andrew I feel I am talking to a friend who actually cares about my interests and who represents me. I personally would never contact another lawyer. Andrew has helped me on occasion without charge so I could take care of a problem myself. When I needed more hands on help with my parent’s estate, his prices were very fair and the service was personal.
