By not trying hard, do you mean they are not doing what you want them to do? There is a difference. However, I suggest you contact a number of defense counsel and find one who can arrange payments.

You are on probation for domestic violence and you are then caught with a concealed, loaded weapon. Ask the attorney you had better hire.

The language from the bondesman indicate no charges. Sometimes the bodsmen find out before the attorneys. Call your attorney to be sure.
