Michael Parra is not only a good attorney, but he provides excellent service and takes his time with clients to help them understand the matter. Mr. Parra has assisted my corporation with contracts and helped me with a personal case.

I contacted Michael Parra initially regarding a real estate contract review several years ago. He not only provided an excellent review and opinion of the contract but provided insights and opportunities within the contract that I had completely missed. I have used Michael Parra's services several times since our initial contact and have always found him to be knowledgeable in a variety of areas of law and timely in his responses and execution.
I have worked with many attorneys both from small firms and large firms in the past but I now turn to Mr. Parra exclusively whenever I need an attorney. He is fair, precise and willing to share his expertise to ensure that his clients not only gain an understanding of the law but accomplish their goals.

Our family trusted and paid this attorney to save our home. It was great in the beginning then all of a sudden it was so hard to get thru to him. With the numerous voicemails and email and messages with his secretary... No response from him. Yesterday, I got a call from the loan company saying our home is now their property. And still nothing from this attorney. Our money and home gone.
