Usually the courts will grant some visitation. The variables are what type of visitation (monitored or unsupervised) and for how long (hours or overnight). There are several questions that need to be answered that will affect visitation. How much interaction there is now between mother and daughter? If you have not done so already, it is a good idea to file a restraining order. It is unlikely that you will loose custody unless the other side can prove you are an unfit mother. In addition, you may be able to move back home.
