Retained to handle (1) an appeal from a condo assn foreclosure; (2) an action involving a non-judiacial foreclosure with related unlawful detainer for a different property; and (3) two unlawful detainer action(s) related to a commericial property. As to the latter commerical cases, both resulted in our favor, and therefore we achieved an extremely favorable settlement . The non-judicial case is pending and the owner has not been successful in obtaining possession in the the unlawful detainer action for four months.
