Licensed In-house Attorney in California. In addtiion to 8 years private practive in Seattle, Washington, I have served as General Counsel for 5 different publicly traded corporations, and am currently Executive Vice President Legal Affairs for Kofax plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange.
I have been active in the Association of Corporate Counsel since 1993, serving as President of the Washington State Chapter prior to moving to San Diego in 1999 (Mosaix was purchased by Lucent Technologies), and on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Chapter.
I live in Rancho Santa Fe, and am married, with 2 kids and one dog.
