First time DUI in California with non-us license

Save your money. Unless you want to try this case, your wasting obey. Yes, dental issues will affect breath results, but prosecutor won't buy that explanation. Short of setting this for trial or motion, you won't get a reduction. If your willing to spend top dollar on a DUI-Specialist, you might get a reduction of charges by forcing the prosecutor to trial! If not, save it for the fine.

DUI on militay base

If charged with Federal offense, i.e. driving on Base (Federal property) then you will not be charged by state. With plea of guilty, they will transfer sentencing to Georgia, but sometimes better to take local punishment because it might not affect Georgia's licensing laws. Hard to call that one! If arrested off base or if base has agreement with local authorities, Oceanside or San Clemente, then you can receive Militery punishment as well as state punishment. Punishments differ in each...
