I have personally experienced the affects of having a trust drafted at a trust mill. A trust mill is where you spend more time with the staff than you do with the attorney. It cost my mother's estate a large six digit figure as she went with the cheap perparer instead of paying slightly more to have a professional draft her documents.
You will meet with the attorney for all of your legal questions and discussions. The staff only handles routine things such as appointments, notification that documents are ready for pickup, etc. In addition, almost all of our estate plans are based upon a fixed payment. Even if it requires six visits to work through all of your questions, we will spend the time with you (and not charge you extra) to get all of your concerns and questions answered.
We personalize the document to fit you, not fit you into our documents.
Hourly ($250/hour), Fixed (sometimes), Retainer (sometimes), Free consultation (30 minutes)
Cash, Check, Credit card
