    You should do everything you can to get reinstated before your review hearing, but if not, you will have to explain the reasons why you were kicked out to the judge. The court can violate you for failure to follow your probation terms. It is a good idea to get a knowledgeable and competent attorney to get you reinstated back to your classes and try to avoid any jail time.

    it apears you have enough grounds to go in on an emergency basis to seek custody of your son aside from the fact that she lost her first child. the court will want to see that you can provide a stable living environment for your son as apparently she is now homeless and the best interest of your son is to be in your primary physical care.

    you should file for a modification of custody and visitation which will get you a court hearing and mediation date. you should include all your police reports as well as declarations from any witnesses and/or subpoena them to court for your hearing to strengthen your position. yous should consult with a family law attorney immediately.
