Outcome: Child returned to mother

Description: This was a case where an ex-husband claimed the ex-wife was a drug abuser. Wife was ex-drug abuser but had been clean several years. Father had child custody for almost one full year before court believed mother was no longer a drug abuser. Child is still with mother as of today. This was very gratifying to help this mother and child, and not to allow someone to abuse the system.
