I had an order and stipulation for eviction of tenant. tenant did not follow order. can i do exparte?

If your stipulation was entered into the court (signed by the judge), depending on the terms of the stipulation, you may go into the court and ask the court to declare a default of the stipulation by the tenant. Typically a good stipulation has a condition that if the tenant defaults on the terms of the stipulation, upon proof of the default by the landlord, the court may order possession of the premises be granted immediately to the landlord and a lock-out (eviction) of the tenant occur....
