I work as a title agent for a national company handling REO's so i need assistance on state guidelines, forms, and requirements while handling each state. We're a Texas company that started getting demands from a California credit repair company to correct credit bureau reports that we have no control over. Our local certified Creditors' Rights attorney referred us to Mr. Kirby, who is also certified in Creditors' Rights. Kirby quickly drafted a letter in response and after one of the letters reached the credit repair company, they decided to take our name off their mailing list. Problem solved! Mr. Kirby has the right background and knowledge about the California credit reporting laws that enabled him to efficiently nip this problem in the bud.
