She handled my wife's aunt's estate. Slow expensive and not helpful.
The latest snafu... She wants my wife to sign a release (notarized) that acknowledges she has received a final check but she only sent a xerox of the check. The notary at our bank questioned it. Like putting the cart before the horse. It seems common sense that a receipt should be signed after something is received - not before. But common sense is no obstacle for Roberta P. Clark.

Roberta explained everything very clearly. I had a complete understanding of what type of trust I needed. She is extremely friendly which is always a plus and I would recommend that you see her for your estate planning needs, you will not be disappointed.
