    If charges have not been filed, then it is possible for an attorney to make contact with the prosecutor and present evidence on your behalf to try and get the charges dropped.

    If they do indeed choose not to move forward with charges, then make sure you get a letter from the DA saying the charges are not filed for your own records.

    Yes. Miranda can be read at anytime, as long as its before they question you, and you give incriminating statements.

    Dollar amount is not important when it comes to PC 211. Robbery using fear or threats is a strike. Especially if a weapon was used.

    No... By her not showing up to court does not mean she is guilty of all the charges and he is off the hook.
