Description: I was the sole trial and appellate lawyer for the winning non-client plaintiff in this now leading published attorney transactional fraud case, a very controversial decision expanding liability for opposing counsel that lead to full length articles in the California's two top legal newspapers, the SF Recorder (front page) and LA Daily Journal (page 2), and the CA State Bar Journal.
